Since 2008, visual artist Rachael Elwell has worked as a lead artist on many national and international pubic and community arts commissions.

Her practice as a contemporary textile artist, specialising in hand knitting and crochet, has naturally led her to develop the skills and knowledge required to be able to offer artists and arts organisations the advice and planning strategies for a variety art and design projects.
